ESTEPONA
Many of those who are interested in purchasing real estate along the Costa del Sol find Estepona to be one of the most attractive places. It is not only the great location and the excellent infrastructure but also the fact that Estepona has managed to maintain its beautiful and charming identity over the years. While other areas are over-developed and crowded, Estepona still keeps its village-like flair.
There are over 3.7 million holiday retreats located in Spain, 1.7 million of which owned by investors from other countries. The majority (about 70%) of foreigners who have purchased a holiday home in this beautiful country are British and German.
Within one hour you will be able to reach the international airports of Malaga (to the east) and Gibraltar (to the west).New Airport soon to be opened with flights from the Midlands. Due to the newly constructed toll roads and the picturesque costal road you will be able to reach any destination within no time.
Estepona itself is a popular holiday destination and a great place for you to have a second home. In addition to the excellent road connections there are numerous other things that make the town to the perfect place to live: a charming fishing port, wonderful beaches, the traditional Spanish way of life, and other sights and highlights and not to forget the numerous golf courses that can be found in the region.
